Lovely boy Leknoiy was only three months old when he came into Soi Dog’s care. He was hit by a car and very badly hurt. Both of his hips were broken, and he needed urgent and complex surgery to help him walk again. Thankfully, he got the help he needed and grew into such an affectionate, friendly and sweet young pup who desperately deserves a family of his very own.

One of the biggest challenges we have encountered during the ongoing global pandemic has been the resulting travel bans. In a nutshell, the continued lack of travel is having a shattering impact on the happily ever afters of so many animals, just like Leknoiy. With limited travel comes few volunteers to fly with the animals. And without these, the only way we can transport dogs is as cargo, but this is much more expensive.
