Update Novi Has Just Been Adopted. Meet The Loving..

Meet the loving littlest Novi, who is looking for her adoptive family.

She’s a happy small dog, who wants to love and be loved. We don’t know the story she lived before she came to the SPCA Penang on October 1, we can only assume she once came from a loving home because she has the gift of friendliness and belief in a stranger (no guard dog!). This six year old lady (estimated born 2014) is attentive and she’ll do anything for a belly rub.

When we found her she was in a sorry state but her fur & skin have been treated and the fur has fully grown back. Importantly, she’s also been spayed. She’s low-energy and seems to just want to be by your side.

To meet Novi and per pals, visit the SPCA Penang, Monday to Friday 10am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 4:30 pm, or Saturday 10am to 12:30pm. Please call first between 8:30am and 5pm on 042816559 or 0164166559 for an appointment to visit.

SPCA Penang's main objectives are to prevent the unnecessary suffering of animals and to ensure responsible pet ownership. Hence the Society acts to prevent cruelty to animals and promotes kindness towards them by fostering an intelligent public interest regarding Man's duty animals.

Though the Society is sometimes compelled to put down an animal, our work covers a much more wider scope of rescuing, rehabilitating, healing and re-homing the animals.
