ISPCA Animal Shelter: A day’s work might seem simple… but it is all dirty work.

ISPCA 动物庇护所 (中途站) 一天的工作,看是简单….但却全是脏活粗活.

1. Rinse all cages, and then clean up the stagnant water

冲洗所有笼房，之后还得清理积水

2. Clean up the remaining stool

清扫水渠残留的便便

3. Feed the sick dogs and give them medicine (One of the Canine Distemper dogs needs special care)

喂病疾狗狗吃药 （其中一只Canine Distemper狗狗需特别细心照顧）

4. Prepare 150 servings of food (about 60 kg)

准备 150 份食物 （约60 kg 以上)

5. Clean/change fresh water

清洗 / 换 干洁 食水

6. Sort out weeds and trash

整理杂草 / 垃圾

7. Expensive utility bills

昂贵的水电费

This are all time-consuming work. 这全是耗时的活.

We hope that citizens will stop abandoning their own pets. Shelters are not homes for the elderly, and our volunteers are not obliged to take care of your abandoned dogs. Every volunteer has their own family and work.

希望市民别再弃养自已宠物,庇护所不是老人院,义工不是有义务照顾你弃养的狗狗,每位义工都有自已的家庭和工作.

The Ipoh Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (The ISPCA), is a non-profit organisation formed under the Societies Act, 1966 of Malaysia. We are affiliated to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA), London.

Our no-kill Shelter is located at Lot 38642, 4 1/2 Milestone, Jalan Gopeng, 31300 Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia and nestles amongst beautiful limestone hills. Currently we are guardian to approximately 250 dogs and 80 cats at our Shelter.
