CAN WE HELP HER & THE OTHERS?

Today alone we are responding to several emergencies including an urgent need for care for this dog being named Mercy.

“God sent me to her,” Houston-based rescuer Sonya Franklin said. “She was not on my normal feeding route. She could barely stand and inside the fence where she went to, pits were mating her. She could get away if she wanted too. She was trying to leave but just too weak to get away.”

Sonya has just taken Mercy to the vet and has no means of paying the bill as she is retired with no income.

“She is at the vet and they will likely have to amputate her leg due to the extent of her injuries. She is heartworm positive.”

Harmony Fund regularly helps Sonya with food for hundreds of strays and for her wonderful spay/neuter efforts in the city of Houston, Texas where there is a HUGE number of stray dogs and cats.

Today we’re asking for help to continue that work, to help Mercy receive the veterinary care she needs and to help us with the many, many, many other urgent cases we are facing today.
