Appeals And Requests From Rescuers

Please be informed that when you write in to me (which means, to AnimalCare), your appeals and requests will be published verbatim. This is stated very clearly in our policies.

We hope you will not reveal the names of clinics, vets and individuals who might not like their identities to be made public. The same goes for locations as well. Please be discerning too, if you send photographs and if need be, kindly edit and crop the photographs if individuals’ photos and locations need to be kept private.

If certain information is only meant for me in our private discussions, please state so clearly.

I only have time to do a quick editing of the posts before publishing them, and I will only remove the names of clinics and vets.

Otherwise, everything you send in will be published as it is and we will not be responsible should there be any complaints or untoward reactions from any persons who may not be happy with the posts.

We urge all parties to exercise respect for confidentiality of individuals and locations in all posts.

However, if you are submitting a request, we still need your contact details as AnimalCare cannot act as go-between for your requests. A handphone no is preferred for quick and easy contact, but if you prefer, an email address is fine, too. But please respond to queries once your post is up. Otherwise, it would be like AnimalCare calling wolf and nobody would give any due credibility to our posts in future.
