“We’ve repair the rupture urinary bladder & flush the abdominal cavity. We also placed a drainage for daily flushing later on…

During the surgery, we found there is tear & bruising at the retro peritoneal region. We also found R ureter & kidney is severe bruising.The severe bruising may due to the contact to the urine or ureter tear & kidney ruptured…“

03.11.2020🗓️🗓️🗓️

1. so far no any vomiting…

2. Ultrasound show tomorrow her right kidney is severely damage & the ureter is tear due to the trauma, the left kidney is swollen-most likely once she stabilize we need to remove her R kidney, because worry it will start necrotizing and cause infection in the abdomen

3. The fractured leg, is also bad, the skin around the leg start having very bad infection with alot of pus oozing out, if the leg necrotizing getting worse

We might need to amputate the leg.

“For now we can’t focus much on the leg surgery as she is not stable enough to go for many surgical procedure.

We will clean her wound on leg everyday first for now

Once her kidneys value come down, we hope can do the kidney surgery, but the risk is quite high, but if we don’t do the surgery, she will have alot of other complication like infection in the abdomen (peritonitis, urine leaking in the abdomen and kidney failure.” 😭😭😭
