One small step for humanity, one big leap for strays.
Today, ISPCA was invited to the Perai Provincial Council to have a meeting with the Director of the Veterinary Bureau, and to share with the authorities our experience on TNRM program. The Perai Provincial Council strongly supports this plan and intends to implement TNRM in the area. We hope that dog lovers and local organizations can help together.

今日受邀至威省市议会与兽医局总监交流，并且向当局对流浪猫狗结扎计划(TNRM)提供资与经验，威省市议会非常赞成此计划，有意在该地区实行TNRM，希望当地的爱狗人士，组织能一起协助市政厅。
