Found Spitz Mix In TTDI

From Koo (below). Please help forward the link.

Dear Dr Chan,
I would appreciate it very much if you could publicise this lost dog case in your AnimalCare blog:
This male dog was found at about 6.30am on Saturday, 21 January 2012 in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur (TTDI). He was very tame, friendly and willingly came to me when I called him. He did not have any collar or dog tag and the vet couldn’t scan any microchip either. The vet has informed that the dog is unneutered, aged about 3 years old, weighs about 17kg, tick-free, worm-free, fever-free and based on his behavior and condition, he’s definitely not a stray. His tail and back leg fur shows evidence of being recently groomed.

I have posted the lost dog online to PAWS, SPCA, MDDB and TTDI Facebook pages as well as petfinder.my. I have also put up posters around TTDI anddistributed flyers to guard posts, a vet, pet-friendly pubs/restaurants and pet hotels/groomers in TTDI. To date, no one has come forward to claim him. I tried walking him around the neighborhood but he doesn’t seem to recognise his home.

If the owner does not claim the dog by this Saturday, 28 January 2012, I will put him up for adoption. I’m planning to put him in PAWS (thanks for publicising their Sponsor-a-Pet-Programme!) because I’m already fostering a dog (Casper the Shih Tzu), my relatives are staying for CNY (one month!), two former foster dogs (Suen Di and Goldie) would be boarding at my home soon and this new dog (foster name – James Brown aka JB II) is not adjusting well (I suspect he’sthesole dog in his previous home) with my two adopted dogs. Thus,my currentcircumstances is just not right for me to foster a new dog.

Three pictures are attached for your kind reference. Ifanyone knows the owner, have any information about this dog, wish to foster or adopt this dog, please e-mail tottdidog@gmail.com

Thank you and Happy New Year,
Koo
