A huge chunk of his neck was missing. And sadly, that wasn’t his only problem. The day that brave Yarwan came to Soi Dog, he had clearly recently been in a terrible dog fight. He had an enormous and infected wound on his neck. And on top of that, the vets found that he also had a dislocated shoulder, severe skin issues and a lump near his abdomen.

Yarwan was all alone in the world and needed urgent help. He wouldn’t have been able to fight the infection for much longer. But thanks to kind people like you, we were able to save this resilient dog, and give him the emergency care he deserved. He got the surgery he needed and although he is an older boy, he still has such a spring in his (three-legged) step, his tail wags away, and he continues to show no signs of being ready to give up just yet.
