A reader brought to our attention that the prize for the Sunsuper Dreams Contest is actually only AUD5k and not AUD10k as earlier thought.
Here a clarification from James Blackwell himself, the person who nominated us:
Hi Dr Chan! i am writing to inform you that i have realized that the winning money for this month superdream is actually AUD5000 not AUD10000 that i initially thought it would be. As i read their “frequently asked questions ” section, it mentioned that the extra AUD5000 bonus australia day grant will only be awarded to a dream that benefits an Australian charity, organisation or cause. This is to coincide with Australia Day which is on the 26th of this month. This is what it says on sunsuper official site :
My apology for not reading it correctly and for the trouble or misunderstanding that i may have caused you. Lets keep sharing this dream around and hopefully we can win this $5000 grant for AnimalCare. Thanks.
