I received a request from Azna, through Amy Kwek recently. Azna and Amy are active CNRM-ers at Jalan Alor, Kuala Lumpur.
Dear Dr. Chan ,
Good day to you . Azna my neighbor would like apply “AnimalCare Medical Subsidy” for her rescure kitten.
The kitten are breathing very fast,doesn’t want to eat and not active.Azna will bring the kitten to the vet in Jalan Jubilee off Jalan Loke Yew .

The total bill was RM80. We have subsidised RM40, funds disbursed to Amy Kwek.
The kitten is doing well now.
