A Few Days Ago We Received A Message In Our Inbox ..

A few days ago we received a message in our inbox from Alvin. He had found an old poodle with nasty maggot wounds in her mouth and throat. We immediately arranged admission at St Angels where the poodle, given the name Casey, was given treatment. We also took Casey over from Alvin. Her wounds were so horiffic that we wonder how she got it. We are also concerned about how she ended-up on the streets. The vets had to attach a feeding tube as a huge maggot wound on her throat prevented her from swallowing. Unfortunately, Casey died today. Thank you Alvin for not looking the other way. Rest in peace Casey.

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
