Thank you very much everyone. Four puppies admited at St Angels. This is the risk rescuers take when taking in puppies off the streets. Luckily we got to the on time, otherwise they would have suffered and died on the street without veterinary care. Other scenario would be other dogs in the vicinity being infected. People can also carry the infection to other places when they step on any form of discharge excreted by these infected puppies. Thankfully they are in good hands at the moment.

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
