Sharing The Sunsuper Dreams Prize (if We Win!)

When James Blackwell first nominated us for the Sunsuper Dreams Prize, my first thought was that IF we win, we will share part of the prize money with other no-kill animal NGOs. We all know how much we need this money to carry on our work.

But I had to read the terms and conditions first to ascertain if that is allowed and also to seek the consent of James Blackwell since this is his dream and he was the one who nominated us.

James says “ok” and he’s glad we’d like to share it with others, too.

After all, the mission of AnimalCare is to reach out and we often help cases from other NGOs and independent rescuers as well. Hence, donating to other NGOs to help the animals under them is within the scope of our mission.

So, here’s the list of the no-kill animal NGOs whom we’ve worked with and whom we would like to share part of the prize money with, if they have no objections, that is:

2. SCRATCH (formerly known as KTAJ)
3. H.O.P.E. (Johor Bahru)
4.�Paws Mission
5.�Meiji’s Sanctuary (Raub)
6.�Papa Meow’s Sanctuary (Kuala Lumpur)
7. PASS (Penang)

If you are in-charge of the groups above, please do write to me to let me know if you’re okay with it.

But first, I should not count the chickens before they hatch, so LET’S GET MORE VOTES!! (or there would be nothing to share with anyone!).
