There is a dog (female) with major colour white and brown colour spot at the location given below with a collar on it’s neck.
This morning,the eyewitness provide him a temporary shelter during the heavy rains. It just stay outside his fence and feed it. There’s a collar on his neck too.
If anyone know,please contact it’s owner to get it back,thanks.
