More last days for our RASMA volunteers… Or is it?! We are thrilled to hear that some of our volunteers will be continuing their voluntary work, even though their RASMA placements have now finished. It’s wonderful to hear that the value of volunteering is cherished. Thank you to @fts_malaysia for providing great mentorship and the opportunity ☺️👍❤️ #Repost @fts_malaysia

Today we hosted close to 40 people at our Bangsar Nursery and 60 Boy Scouts at the Taman Tugu Nursery (in between we also had an Exco meeting)! Everything went smoothly and a huge part of that has been because of the tremendous amount of support we have had from our Interns. As part of Dr Jane Goodall’s Roots and Shoots programme these youth have been volunteering at environmental organizations all over Malaysia to gain hours for a special Roots and Shoots Malaysia award, RASMA. They have been a huge help over the last 3 months as they’ve chalked up many, many hours with us. Alas, the programme has come to an end but we hope to spend more time with these wonderful budding environmentalists as friends. So, dear RASMA interns, thank you very much for your energy and enthusiasm 💚🌳 @rootsandshootsmy @rootsandshoots @friendsoftamantugu #environmentalstewards #environment #environmentaleducation #greenliving #sustainableliving
