Pictures and updates of our ex-furrizen never fail to make us smile. ANd today we’re very delighted to receive pictures and updates of Mercy from Richard. Thanks Richard and Jessie for the lovely pic and most importantly for believing in Macy and giving her the opportunity to show how clever she is ..hehe! ANd some updates on Mercy’s class that really make us proud (although we had nothing to do with it) and just prove that given an opportunity, any dog can be a great dog =) Just a quick update( I know you must be swarmed with lots of task after the adoption drive!)
Macy had passed her Basic Obedience test with 81 Marks. She almost top the class at 96 marks but unfortunately she didnt do well for 1 item(down, stay), she stood up as she was restless and therefore 15 marks for that was deducted. haha....
Anyway, the remark from the examiner was" Macy has the best heeling among of the entire class and she did very well for all except for the down stay item". She walks like a beauty and perform all the rest of the items effortlessly. Her class mates include rottweiler, golden retrievers, poodle, schnauzer etc....all pedigree dogs!! But she stood out like a star!
She will commence her pre novice training(3 months) on 8 May 2011 and after that, i will take her to the agility and obstacle training which she can then jump and run as she always love to! Macy’s obedience graduation is due in July and we really really hope we could be there to cheer for her >_< Fingers crossed that we will be able to attend the special moment =) ~ Hello, i’m waiting to go for my evening walk with my daddy ~
