Some Months Ago, A Mother Cat Gave Birth To 4 Kitt..

Some months ago, a mother cat gave birth to 4 kittens ( first 4 pictures ) at the car porch of a house. The owner of the house who’s not a cat lover wanted to discard the family onto the streets. So, we took them in. One kitten didn’t make it ( suspected died of FIP ). They have been living in our cattery since as no one wanted to adopt them. Now that the kittens are olde enough to be spayed, we sent them for spaying 2 weeks ago.

This mother cat who has a kitten of her own ( last picture ) became a surrogate mother to 4 motherless 1 week old kittens. The mother passed away due to a road accident. We took them in but unfortunately the 4 kittens died one by one. We believed it was due to kitten fading syndrome. There was nothing much we could do as they were too young. She has been sent for spaying too together with the other 4.
