Months Ago, Vrinda Contacted Us For Help To Catch ..

Months ago, Vrinda contacted us for help to catch and neuter the cats she has been feeding at KL Sentral. Thus, started our KL Sentral neutering project and the ever so kind and generous Vrinda sponsored all the cats we caught and sent for neutering from there. To date, 25 cats have been neutered and counting. Recently, at one point, before the management of KL Sentral knew about us, they were thinking of calling the local council to go and catch all the stray cats at KL Sentral. Vrinda arranged a meeting between us and Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad ( MRCB ). We presented to them the TNR Program and the outcome of the talk was a positive one. So now, we, together with Vrinda are collaborating with MRCB to manage the stray cat population there. Vrinda’s passion in helping the strays at KL Sentral doesn’t just stop there, she would also look for good homes for them. As you can see in the pictures below ( taken in their new home ), these two ( a male and a female )just got adopted by Syirin and family from Puchong last Saturday. We couldn’t be happier for them. Thanks so much Syirin and family and of course, Vrinda. There are many homeless cats, not just at KL Sentral but everywhere and some are very friendly. Give them a chance to have a good life by adopting them. Adoption saves lives. You’ll be doing a good deed. A genuine cat or dog lover loves all cats or dogs disregards of breed or gender.

Another PSA we would like to make here is, this is the right way to help them. When you bump into kittens or pups, foster them pending good homes. Don’t just pass them to animal NGOs or shelters! By doing that, you’re not solving the problem but moving the problem from point A to point B. NOGs are always short of manpower and shelters are always full and be careful not to pass to any kill shelters. When there’s an outbreak, some will surely die. Please be aware. Thank you.
