We strongly up hold our believe in education that fits for all, regardless of age, sizes, religion or ethnicity. Our education programmes not only promotes awareness on turtle conservation but also encourages change in attitude and daily decision making towards becoming more environmentally friendly individuals.

We organised Turtle Education programmes with kindergarten students, Turtle Camps with primary schools, Turtle Awareness Programme with secondary schools, Women Empowerment Programme (handmade products produced by local women such as our terrapin merchandises and handmade soap) as well as, opening an exhibition booth for Public Awareness Programme.

.

We will continue our effort to educate the community on turtle awareness simply because “Tak Kenal, Maka Tak Cinta”.

Turtle Conservation Society

The Turtle Conservation Society of Malaysia was established in October 2011. The aim of the society is to bring about the recovery of depleted wild populations of turtles, with particular reference to freshwater turtles, in Malaysia through partnerships with like-minded organizations, individuals and local communities as well as through its own programs.
