It's the rice planting season in certain parts of Malaysia. Those who live around paddy fields please make sure that your pets don't drink water from the ground or eat plants near the area as the insecticides and fertilizers which are being sprayed onto the fields can cause toxic poisoning to your pets.
Symptoms of poisoning are not only limited to drooling, vomiting and diarrhoea but also difficulty in breathing and unsteady gait.
Please get them treated asap if you suspect that your pets have been poisoned.
