Please help.from an anonymous sender.

any one can foster this dog about 7 months old going to rescue now from bentong and sending to the vet for full treatment about one month weekly jabs .dog has mange so preferably fosterer has no other dogs.any options? Don't want to put him back in bentong on the streets.
