30 mins ago, I nearly hit a dog tied under the currently under construction highway of DUKE 2 in kepong towards segambut..it was very dark, there wasn't any street lights and it appears to be right at a blind spot of a curve.. Dog was tied to a wire to a electrical cable under the highway. So I had to make a U Turn to try to free the dog before it gets hit by a truck. My cars key ignition had to be left on, so I could use the lights and ensure other drivers won't kill us both In the dark. Or risk my car or i be stolen away. Thank God the stray dog didn't try to attack me. And lucky I didn't have to use my blunt folding knife and risk cutting either of us or getting attacked from fear of that repeatedly slicing action. Sorry I couldn't take the dog back as I have many other rescued dogs home and im heading to a meeting. Overall, we are lucky to be safe. And not end up like my rescued pigeon who flew and stood in the middle of the road and hit rolled over immediately ><
Still wondering who that fool is to put that poor dog in that state must be a psycho who enjoys a cruel show.
