There is a video of a puppy being mandhandled making its rounds. Apparently the incident happened in Jenjarom which is located in between Telok Panglima Garang and Banting. Rescue groups have no authority to handle such cases. Please call the number stated to get the address and the necessary pucs and videos to the DVS. The content of your email can be simple sich as this:

Kami ingin melapor kejadian penderaan haiwan peliharaan (anjing) di xxxxx(ADDRESS).

Kami berharap pihak Jabatan Veterinar akan mengambil tindakan yang sewajarnay.

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
