The neighbour might have crawled to their house and beat their two puppies to death.
(Location : Bandar Seri Botani.Ipoh)
The owner (Ms Loke) found the two puppies dead in the garden, beaten to death by someone. The house across claimed to have seen her neighbour climbing into her house compound, but due to midnight and a distance between the two houses, the house across could not really confirm that it was what that happened.
But anyhow, the owner contacted ISPCA and reported to the police. We hope that any witnesses can give us more information.
ISPCA hereby warn animal abusers, as long as there is evidence, we will use law against you.

怀疑是邻居在半夜时分爬过来把两只小狗活活打死。
饲主(Ms Loke)一早发现两只小狗被人打死在庭院里，查问下，对面屋子有人看见她的邻居爬过去她的家，由于半夜和有一段距离，对面屋子也不能確实发生的情况。
但无论如何，饲主已经联络ISPCA，并且向警方投报。希望有目击者能给于我们更多详细的资料。
ISPCA在此向施暴者表示，只要有证据，我们一定会法律追究此事。

ISPCA呼吁更多的志愿者加入我们的行例。
