In order to promote a more effective way in controlling the number of strays, ISPCA held a stray neutering program (TNR-M) at Pasir Pinji RELA Hall.
The public were invited to bring their adopted stray pets for neutering. A mark will be made on their ears and a microchip will be inserted from the back of their necks after neutering.
We also invited Dato Raduan to witness the neutering operation and microchip inserting process. We proposed the TNR project to him. Dato Raduan agreed to the media that this project is an effective way in educating and helping the public about stray problems.
He also promised that the TNR project will be proposed at the next meeting,
The microchip helps to keep record of the adopter, after neutering the animal, there will be a record even if it is released back to where it belong.
Advisor Dr Goh Hue Lang handed the proposal to Dato Raduan.
为了推广更有效控制流浪动物的数量方法，怡保防止虐待动物协会今天在兵如港警卫团礼堂举办(TNR-M)流浪动物节育计划。
我们公开让市民带上自已领养的流浪动物参于，兽医为动物麻醉后，进行切除子宫手术，在牠们耳朵上剪一个记号后再为牠们颈部后面注射晶片。
此次活动更邀请怡保市议员俱乐部主席Dato RADUAN 出席见证节育手术与注射晶片过程。我们也向他提承为怡保市节育流浪狗计划。
Dato Raduan 也向媒体表示这个计划非常有效帮助市议会在流浪动物的课题上。
他也承诺会把这个节育计划提承在下一个会议，使这个计划能成功落实。
晶片有效功能是记录动物领养者的资料，动物已经节育，将来把流浪狗回放原也能有个记录。
本协会名誉顾问 吴慧兰医生 也把计划书移交给Dato Raduan.
