Today (5 feb)we received a report about animal abuse from Cameron. A sick and unhealthy Dalmatian with its newborn pups were tied to a dirty workplace, one of the pups had died.
We went to investigate, if the owner really did abuse the dogs, then they will be punished by law.
However, after surveying, we found out that the mother Dalmatian was abandoned in the workplace, and was fed by a few residents. They had no experience of keeping pets, so the Dalmatian wasn't healthy.
Mr Teoh explained to them and requested them to let the dogs go, the residents agreed.
Mr Teoh contacted us immediately for reserving some spaces for the poor homeless dogs.
We met Mr Teoh at the vet for medical checkup, and the dogs were given some medication.
The mother dog consumed too little nutrition, therefore it need some time to recover.
Due to insufficient opacity in the shelter, after recovery the dogs will be open for public to adopt (neutering required).

Thank you Mr and Mrs Teoh for doing everything they could for the doggie family.

ISPCA hope that every owner can be responsible and love their pets.
Abandoning is the same as killing.

今天(5/2)接到来自金马侖的一宗虐狗投报，投报者转发一组照片给我们，发现一只瘦弱的斑点狗妈妈，还有几只刚出世不久的小狗被绑在一个充满垃圾的工地里，而且发现其中一只小狗已经出世。
我们和投报者都一起查证，事情的到底，如果真是虐狗，我们将会投报兽医局，进一步法律追究。
但一经查问，这斑点狗妈妈是被人丢弃在这工地里，由几名原住民喂养牠们，由于他们没有养狗的经验，导致这狗妈妈瘦弱。
经好心的投报者张先生，向他们细心解释并要求释放这些狗狗和帶走牠们。
原住民马上答应。
张先生也马上致电我们，要求安排庇护所收留这几可怜的狗狗。
我们约了张先生帶这些狗狗去医务所先做健康捡查。
医生为牠们捡查后，给牠们一些药物。
表示狗妈妈长时间营养不良，需要一段长时间疗养。
Ispca的庇护所长期爆满，所以在牠康复后将会公开领养(必须节育)。

我们非常感谢张先生和太太
感谢他们为这狗妈妈所做的一切。

我们呼吁饲养宠物的主人，
饲养宠物的第一天，就要终生宠爱牠。
丢弃宠物，等同杀死牠。

ISPCA呼吁更多的志愿者加入我们的行例。
