本协会将在五月廿九号(星期天)在近打河畔酒店贵宾厅举办兼庆祝三十一周年慈善
筹幕庇护所基金晚宴。
我们协会是合法注册非营利机构，多年来我们庇护所一直收容超过两百多只被
遗弃和被虐待的动物。
由于多年一直缺乏物质与资源，加上饲养多只动物，开支十分庞大，所以庇护所多处地方破旧失修，很多动物更是长期住在窄小，破损，臭味的小笼子里。
直至2014开始，由新委员会不断为庇护所筹划新的重修计划，和向公众筹资。
我们去年共丢弃起过百多个旧笼子，重新建筑58间新的洋灰屋子给庇护所的狗狗，同时也开放公众参观庇护所与领养。
我们更设立一个食物银行，欢迎公众人士可以到任何宠物店购买粮食捐给我们，以解决牠们每日耗量80kg食量问题。
今早四月分的会员大会，委员会更会再建议多个改善庇护所的计划。
如水电力设备，零狗笼，设立五间紧急收留房，改善目前医药与粮食分配等，多办宣传爱护动物活动与及加强与地方政府单位协商TNR计划。
我们希望公众人士能继续支持怡保防止虐待动物协会，为动物们出一分心意。
ISPCA will be celebrating their 31st anniversary by organising a Charity Fund Raising Dinner at Kinta Riverfront Hotel on the 29th of May (Sunday).
ISPCA is a legally registered non-profit organisation, throughout these years we had brought in more than 200 abandoned and abused animals.
Due to the lack of resources and materials and the amount of animals, we spent a lot every month for the animals. Most part of the shelter is old and broken, many animals have to stay in a cramped and stinky cage.
Starting from 2014, the new committee raised funds for new materials to rebuild the shelter for the animals to live.
Last year, we threw away more than a hundred old cages and rebuilt 58 cement free runs for the doggies in the shelter. At the same time, adoption is open to the public.
We also set up a food bank, and everyone is welcomed to buy animal food from any pet store and donated to us, so to solve the animals' food problem. Everyday we need 80kg of food to feed all the animals in the shelter.
This year, the committee will propose more plans to improve the shelter during the AGM on April.
Electric and water supplies, zero dog cages, build 5 emergency housing rooms,improve the medication and food distribution, and promote animal love campaigns and strengthen the TNR program with MBI.
We hope that everyone can keep on supporting ISPCA, and lend the needy animals a hand.
