2014尾开始，新的理事委员会决定停止再收留弃养的动物，我们教育饲主继续饲养或帮助它们找个新的领养者，尽能力劝导饲主别弃养。
而我们也把所筹集的捐款都用于改善和建筑新的狗屋让狗狗有更舒适的住所。
必经庇护所并非动物最终的择。我们还是鼓励市民前来庇护所参观并且领养它们，让它们真正地有一个属于它们自己的温暖的家。
我们也欢迎捐赠宠物食品给我们的善心人，可以参观庇护所及了解庇护所的运作方式之后，再考虑支持我们未迟。因为我们有义务必须先让你们清晰了解及交代你们所捐助的物品是如何分配和使用。
Since the end of 2014, the new committee decided to stop receiving abandoned pets, and instead we decided to teach pet owners to continue keeping them or find a new owner for them, and try not to abandon them. At the same time we are holding funds for renovating the shelter for the animals.
The shelter is not the final choice for animals. We still encourage the public to come and adopt pets, and give the furry kids in our shelter a warm cozy new home.
We also welcome donation of pet foods from generous people, come visit our shelter and know how it works, then you may support ISPCA. You got the right to know how your donations are used for the animals inn our shelter.

(狗狗服装表演)
2) mini dog obey orders performance.
(狗狗服从命令表演)
3) street singing performance.
(街头艺人歌唱)
1)欢迎帶宠物参与活动，与在壁画处拍照留念。
2)活动将在公共超市指定位置举行。
3)请饲主自备推行车，勿用超市推行车(毕竟是公用工具)，不便之处敬请見谅。
4)自行处理宠物卫生。

2. The event will be held at specific place in the shopping centre.
3. Owners please bring along own trolley and don't use public shopping trolley, any inconvenience caused is much regretted.
4. Please take care of respective pets' hygiene.
