ISPCA has again being defamed by Noah’s Ark Ipoh (NAI) on social media, with no solid evidence. On the 3rd of August, one of the person-in-charge of NAI has uploaded a photo about 4 puppies which are abandoned in front of ISPCA Shelter and stated that ISPCA Committees IGNORED and NOT taking care of the abandoned puppies.
However, we would like to clarify that from our CCTV footage, we found out that:-
On 3/8/16 (8:38 am), the 4 puppies were left and abandoned in front of out shelter.
At 8:44am, the NAI person-in-charge arrived (First person who came by after the incident happened) and saw the puppies, but she is not taking any action to help the furry kids.
At 8:50 am, she took out her smartphone, captured the photo of puppies and uploaded it to social media (The mentioned picture earlier). Again, her act has shown zero intention of helping the puppies.
At 10:01am, she drove and left the shelter area, and the puppies remain ‘untouched’ on the SAME spot.
Overall, she missed three chances of helping the 4 puppies. The puppies were in a state of fright and hid in the small cave of the mountain (Since our shelter is just next to mountain)
Instead of all these unimportant acts, why don’t she just help those poor furry kids? Isn’t that our main aim as animal lovers?
ISPCA workers and committees found out the case of puppies later, we tried to cross over the fencing and look for the poor things. There were tall grass and the cave was extremely small. Furthermore, there are many snakes, monitor lizards and more.
We are very worried that the monitor lizards will eat them, hence we kept using food as bait hoping that they will eventually come out from the small cave.
We did not succeed rescuing them in the first day, so the next day we contacted some volunteers and also the RELA team to help out. Eventually, thanks to the Bomba team, without their courage, the 4 puppies would not be rescued from the narrow cave. The entire rescue has taken up more than one hour.
ISPCA Committees would like to voice out again regarding NAI’s childish act, please respect the rescuers who helped these furry kids with all their hearts. ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS. As mentioned before, please spend time on the animals that need our help and care and stop creating rumours, defaming other society and people. Thank you.
Regarding the 4 puppies well-being, here are some updates:
These 4 puppies will be sent to veterinarian for some basic health check and also will be dewormed.
They will be available for adoption in our coming event (PET FIESTA) on 13th and 14th August 2016.
Also, to the public, please do not abandon your pets or any other animals, their life are as precious as ours, please respect them. Besides, ISPCA are facing financial issue and we are shortage in dog food. Before this, quite a number of cases where huge monitor lizards were seen appearing around shelter area, hence, please do not simply abandon them especially in front of ISPCA Shelter.

再一次被NAl在社交网络上恶劣批评，在3/8 NAI 的负责人上载一张照片，有四只小毛孩被人丟弃在 ISPCA 入口处，说我们没有去理会。
但事实我们管理员从闭路电视上发现3/8 (8.38am) 有人把4只小毛孩丟在庇护所入口处，
8.44am NAI 负责人(第一次) 经过看到小狗，但沒理会。
8.50am她特地拿手机拍小狗上载面书，也没打算把小狗救助。
10.01am 她驾车离开，但没下车救援小狗。
一共放弃了三次救这群小毛孩的黄金机会，然而这些惊慌的小毛孩路进岩壁洞里躲藏起来。
我们员工和负责人得知此事后，也尝试越过离芭，找寻牠们踪迹？
无奈，草丛多，岩洞小，而且又有蛇，鼠，四脚蛇出沒。
我们一直用食物引诱牠们走出岩洞。
我们很担心会被四脚蛇吃了牠们。经过一天的努力，我们没有成功，但我们没有放弃，我们联络当地警卫队队员和我们义工一伙人再次去到现场，警卫队队员勇敢地钻进去窄小的岩洞里把4只小娃全数救了出来。
全程花了整个小时。
我们管理层再次严谨警告 NAl ，请尊重每位拯救员的付出。也停止小孩般的言论，把时间真正用在动物身上。而非制造无聊的流言蜚语。
特注2点
1)这4只小狗，将会送去兽医处做基本捡查与杜虫，之后会在13/14/8月的领养活动上公开领养。
2)请别把宠物私下丢弃庇护所门前，因庇护所在粮食和经济已经很重负担，之外该处常有巨大的四脚蛇出沒，会对小动物造成伤害。
