A few days ago, ISPCA has received report on a case about an owner mistreating his pet dog.
The dog was put on a muzzle for a long period of time which causes it unable to drink or eat.
We have also informed related authority from the veterinary department (DVS) to come for the investigation. The owner explained He muzzled the pup because she plays by biting and noisy., that is why he put on the muzzle.
The authority from veterinary department advises the owner that it is necessary and important for dogs or any other pets to have sufficient space and food.

Health check has also been done thereafter by the veterinary, the dog is considered clean and healthy. ISPCA side will visit the owner on the following week to see if there is any improvement.
We hope that every pet owner can provide at least adequate space for pets and also to take care of their cleanliness.

Today, ISPCA volunteer and the reporter,once again paid a visit to the dog. We found out that the environment cleanliness have improved but the food provided is terrible. reporter did donate some dog food to the owner but however, it is not fed to the dog. Therefore, ISPCA suggested the owner to hand over the dog to ISPCA.

We have already sent the dog to our shelter and it is free for public adoption. Adoption is free of charge with terms and conditions.
(P/S: ISPCA will take care of the dog for 3-6 months and after that, sent for neutering process.)

前几天接到饲主不当处理宠物案件，饲主长时间给狗狗套上口套，不能喝水。
我们也通知兽医局职员上门捡查，饲主解释因狗狗常乱咬东西与及吵闹，所以才套口套。
兽医局职员也给饲主温馨提示，必须给狗狗足够活动空间和食物，饲主也答应。
随后兽医局职员也捡查狗狗，身体也算干净与健康，我们也告知饲主，下星期我们再会捡查狗狗一次。

我们呼吁，饲养宠物必须要注意卫生环境和牠的活动空间。

今天我们义工和投报者再次去探望这小狗，发现饲主在环境方面有点点改善但在食物方面就非常糟糕，投报者有供应一些狗粮于饲主，但不知何故，饲主并沒给狗狗喂食。
我们因此向饲主投诉，并建议他把狗狗交给ISPCA看管。

我们已把狗狗送入庇护所，并开放让市民领养。
领养庇护所动物是免费的。
(特注：我们会照顾牠三至六个月，然后就为牠节育再交由义工喂养)
