今天接到通知 ms koaw 在她家门口有一只受伤了的西施，左眼可能被其他流浪狗攻击，凸了出来。
尤以是晚上，无法联络兽医，ms koaw 俩姐妹通宵照顾这只可怜的小西施，我们 ISPCA 也一直通过网络平台帮牠找回主人。
早上有家人(Mr Simon)联络上我们，说这可能是他们三个多月前走先了一只西施，要求看看是否他们的狗狗。
我们安排了时间帶Simon家人到义工家认领，但是发现这并不是他们原来那只西施，simon家人有点失望，但他和孩子商量后，决定为这只眼睛受伤的西施医疗并且领养牠回家，也要求我们 ISPCA 继续为他寻找他走失的西施。
Today Ms Koaw informed hs that there's an injured Shih-Tzu in front of her house, its left eye bulged out mostly due to other stray dogs' attack. It was nighttime and we can't call the vet, so Ms Koaw and her sister took care of the poor Shih-Tzu overnight. We ISPCA helped found its owner through social media.
Mr Simon and family contacted us because they thought the Shih-Tzu was their lost pet three months ago and hoped that they can verify. After some arrangements and meeting up at a volunteer's house, Simon and family found out that it wasn'y their original pet, they were disappointed, but after discussing with their child, they decided to take care of this Shih-Tzu and adopt it, and ask us ISPCA to help find their lost pet.
