ISPCA and Ipoh City Council (Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh. Enforcement ) has finally come to a conclusion and agreed to spend six months to perform TNR system on 500 strays, to test the effectiveness of the program. Markings will be done on the strays' ear, putting on a red colored collar with numbering and not to forget, microchips will be inserted for easy identification of the stray.
This is something new to be implemented in Malaysia, which is the first program co-orperated between Government and Non-Governmental Organization, as part of the effort to reduce the population of strays on the street.
For this project, ISPCA will be responsible for the microchips and collar expenses. (1 set RM45)
Thus, we, ISPCA committees aim and hope that more funds can be raised during our annual charity dinner, which will be held on 24th June 2017, so that we have enough funding for this project.
我们三十二周年慈善晚宴将在6月24号举行。
希望公众能慷慨支持。
Hereby, we hope that the public can support us, morally and financially. Thank you.
The new journey for the strays start here.
