昨天在网上疯传一个烧狗的视频，视频中的陈姓男子更声称已把这咬鞋子的狗给烧死。
ISPCA也就此事向警方报案。
后来该名男子向传媒发表道歉文告，并声称这只是一场误会，也表示这只狗还话着。
但是我们要求当地保护动物义工跟进此事件，并且要求陈姓男子交代整件事件的始末。

Yesterday, a video about a dog being burnt alive went viral. The person behind the video claimed that he burnt the dog to death because it bit his shoes.
ISPCA has reported this case to the police.
Later, the man sent an apology to the media, saying that it was just a misunderstanding, and the dog in the video is still alive.
However, we ask the volunteers from that man's area to follow up on this case, and also ask the man to tell us evwrything that happened.
