Yesterday a video went viral. In the video a man shot a stray dog with firecrackers, and his behavior had been recorded by a student next doors.
Today the media told us what had happened. The stray dog recently gave birth to puppies, and it started to chase strangers nearby due to protection and motherly instinct, this man had been chased so he shot the dog with firecrackers.
After talking to the media, ISPCA hope that this man will stop his inappropriate manners because this is abusive. The dog has been temporarily adopted by other neighbours.
ISPCA hope that the public will not hurt the animals, even if you hate it. Neutering and releasing it back to where it belongs, can help control the number of strays effectively.

昨天网络上疯传一个视频，视频中一位男士拿着烟花向一只流浪狗发射，他的行为被住隔壁的学生拍摄下来。
今天传媒也去了解事件的始末。
由于流浪狗因刚生了狗宝宝，也许
这个原因牠追吠付近的陌生人，这名男士也因被追过，所以就拿烟花向狗狗喷射。
经过传媒的协调，ISPCA也呼吁这名男士克制这种粗暴的行为，因这已经是虐畜行为。
狗狗目前也被其他邻居暂时收养。
ISPCA呼吁公众，即使不喜欢流浪动物，也别伤害牠们。
