【盖骨灰园封堵唯一路霹防虐动物协会求生路】
霹雳怡保防止虐待动物协会庇护所陷入土地纷争。一家集团收购地段盖骨灰园，围墙就这样阻断了庇护所唯一出入口，迫使协会开辟新路连接外界，没想到又遭到对方多番阻挠，无法用路，导致动物庇护所面对断粮窘境。

Ipoh Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ISPCA) has been involved in an issue regarding the land right. A company group has bought the land in front of ISPCA few years back and walls were built around, causing the need to share the entrance. However, recently, ISPCA volunteers and committees were not permitted to use the entrance, causing the difficulty to transport dog and cat food into the shelter; volunteers and adopters could not enter etc.
