[Blockage of ISPCA entrance leads to difficulty to transport in dog/cat food]

Two years ago, a company of memorial park business started their business in front of ISPCA shelter, utilizing the land in front. Therefore since then, we have been sharing the same entrance with them. However, about a year after sharing the entrance, the memorial park person in charge has started to block the entrance, not allowing our ISPCA committees and even volunteers to enter our own shelter. This resulted in the shortage of dog food due to the difficulty to transport the food in. Up until now, it has already been two months that volunteers couldn't enter.
But however, ISPCA has applied and successfully obtained the Right of Way (ROW) permit from relevant authority to build and use another new entrance.

两年前怡保防止虐待动物协会庇护所外兴建了一座骨灰塔，当时骨灰塔的管理层表示会和该会紧密合作，然而却在一年前多加刁难，甚至将该会通往庇护所的道路封锁起来，使得庇护所的动物面临断粮危机。如今该会的庇护所已经有两个月没有人进去，幸运的是有关保留道路的申请已经获得土地局批准。
