自7月我们庇护所得到土地局批准ROW道路通行后，我们委员会将筹备美化通行庇护所的周围环境。
也找承包商打价，尽量把庇护所打造成一个美丽的动物公园。

Ever since we recieved permission（ROW） for the road from land office, our committee will be raising funds for beautifying the surroundings of our shelter.
We are also finding contractor to help us beautify shelter.

We welcome the public to donate material from this program construction.
我们欢迎公众捐助我们此计划的所需资源/材料。

ISPCA呼吁更多的志愿者加入我们的行例。 I
ISPCA hopes that more volunteers can help out.
