Thanks to Dato Heng Seai Kie for the ceremony for repairing the road. Meanwhile, Dato Heng Seai Kie visited our shelter and learned more about managing shelter.
She also praised the TNR(M) project, and stated in the press conference that she will propose this project to the government, hoping to promote TNR nationwide.
ISPCA committee once again thank Dato Heng Seai Kie for coming to our shelter despite having a busy schedule.
Currently we have three steps:
1. Fix the old entrance road (RM8000, September)
2. Build a small animal shelter, to keep stray dogs captured by Pejabat temporarily (RM20k, November)
3. Build a veterinary clinic, for vet interns to undergo TNR project. (2018)
Due to lack of workmanship and resource, our shelter has stopped accepting strays and abandoned pets, we will focus on cooperating TNR project with town council and teach the public about neutering strays.
ISPCA hope that the public can support the renovation of our shelter, we accept material donations.

期间，拿督王赛芝参观庇护所与了解庇护所与协会的运作。
尤其是TNR(M)流浪动物节育计划，她更是特别欣赏，在记者发布会更是表示会把此计划在地方部长会议上提呈，希望能把TNR计划推广至全国。
ISPCA委员会再次感谢拿督王赛芝抽出宝贵时间出席庇护所工程动工礼。
我们目前分阶段进行三个工程计划。
1) 维修庇护所前段破旧的道路。
费用约八千(九月动工)
2) 增建一座小型动物庇护所，只供(暂时性)市政厅兽医局官员捉回来的流浪狗。
费用约二万(十一月动工)
3) 兴建一座(货樻箱)动物医疗中心，主要与丹州兽医大学实习医生合作为流浪动物进行TNR计划。
费用:预计中 2018年开始
由于人手与资源短缺，庇护所已经停止收留被弃养或流浪狗，但我们集中与市政厅合作TNR计划，教导公众节育流浪猫狗，才是真正有效途径。
因此 ISPCA 希望公众能支持庇护所改革工程，并接受合适的工程材料捐赠。
