今天ISPCA理事层与怡保市政厅(MBI)执法单位再次为TNR（M）计划进行协商。
市政厅执法单位官员亲临ISPCA庇护所，并了解庇护所的情况与及下个阶段如何进行。
更在下星期再次高层会议，以尽快落实TNR(M) 计划，有效地人道主义控制流浪狗的数量。

Today, ISPCA board of committees and the Ipoh City Council (Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh, MBI) once again discussed on the TNR (M) Program.

Officer from MBI has paid a visit to our ISPCA shelter so as to understand more about our society and subsequently to brainstorm for the coming plan.

It is expected that next week, ISPCA will have another meeting with the relevant officer in charge to speed up the implementation of TNR which hopefully, is going to have an impact in the reduction of stray populations.

ISPCA呼吁更多的志愿者加入我们的行例。
ISPCA hopes that more volunteers can help out.
