There is a neighbour reported Veterinary Ipoh (DVS) that a German shepherd was abandoned by the owner. Veterinary Ipoh and ISPCA went to the reported address to check and confirmed that there is a very thin dog. The male owner cannot be contact. Finally with the neighbors to help, the gate can finally be opened and the dog that is starved near to death had been sent to a veterinarian for health check and later on sent to our shelter.

有邻居投报兽医局 (DVS)，有只德国狼犬被主人弃养，兽医局(DVS) 与ISPCA 分别到上述地址查询，证实有只很瘦的狼犬，男主人已经失去联络，经过邻居帮忙终于找到业主打开闸门把这奄奄一息的狗狗救了出来，马上送往兽医捡查再送往庇护所。

ISPCA呼吁更多的志愿者加入我们的行例。
