ISPCA received a phone call from Mr Bryan this afternoon. According to him, a dog had given birth to a few puppies under a tree in front of his house. Mr Bryan and his neighbors have had several attempts trying to rescue and send them to a safer place but however, the mother dog was very protective and no one is able to reach them. Hence they contacted ISPCA for help.
We also explained to MR Bryan the current situation in our shelter (No more available space for strays and we have insufficient manpower). But however, we managed to find nearby RELA team which has agreed to take are of the dog and puppies until they can be sent for neutering - TNR program.

Our volunteers after a few attempts, finally manage to catch the dog and puppies into a cage and they were them sent to the RELA team.

The neighbors told us that a few days ago, someone actually abandoned this mother dog on the street and we also notice there is a collar tag on it.

ISPCA hereby hopes that all the pet owners can be more responsible and do not simply abandon them.
We will also highlight and discuss this issue with relevant authority on the punishment of these irresponsible owners.

Bryan 今天中午打给我们义工，有只母犬昨晚在他家门外的树底生了几只小狗，由于母犬保护小孩，一直对外人露出兇猛的样子，所以Bryan和邻居都无法接近牠，于是他们找SPCA的义工帮忙捉住这母犬。
但我们也向Bryan 表示可以帮忙捉狗，但庇护所目前已经爆满和人手不足的情况下，是无法收留这母犬和小狗，最后我们找到付近警卫团答应收留牠们直到能节育为止。
经一番功夫，总算把母犬和三只刚出世的小狗捉进笼子并送去警卫团。
邻居也向我们透露，前天有人从车子里把这母狗丢在这条街上的。
的确，我们也发现牠是有颈带。

ISPCA呼吁饲主，养宠物就得做个有责任的主人，别弃养宠物。
同时也会进一步和市政厅联手严惩弃养宠物的饲主。
