感谢霹雳艺术学院为怡保防止虐待动物协会设计一个【为流浪动物节育计划】动画短片。
短片简单清晰教导市民4个步骤如何节育流浪动物：
1. 诱補(捉)流浪猫狗，送至兽医诊所。
2. 为牠注射预防针和节育。( 雄性与雌性)
3 . 节育后为牠注入晶片与配帶号牌，以便记录管理。
4 . 回放原地，继续喂食与关注。(能够被领养更好)

Thanks to Perak Institute of Art for creating a short film about TNR for ISPCA.
The video teaches about:
1. Capturing the stray and sending it to the vet.
2. Vaccinating and neutering it.
3. Inserting microchip and wearing tag after neutering for record.
4. Releasing it to where it came from, continue feeding and looking after it (being adopted is a better option).

We hope that everyone can share this video or follow the message from the video and cooperate with the town council.

TNRM is a project with the cooperation of MBI (Ipoh Town Council) and ISPCA.

希望更多市民，义工，团体能够分享短片或根据短片信息与当地市政厅合作。
