ISPCA has received a report from public regarding an abandoned rottweiler that is having severe injury on the neck.
When we arrived, we realized it is extremely skinny and the injury on its neck is as big as the size of a fist! There are even flies and maggots around its neck.
The maggots has eaten large part of its flesh and muscles.
We gave it some food and water before we managed to bring it to veterinary clinic for treatment. As this is considered a serious animal abuse case, ISPCA has handed the case to the Department of Veterinary Services.
ISPCA hopes that more volunteers can help out.
