TNR在马来西亚是艰难的行动，也是一个流浪狗狗命运转变的里程碑。
ISPCA一直没放弃过为流浪动物争取他们的生存尊严。
我们和怡保市政厅节育流浪狗计划是个过渡期。
也是一个为将来落实TNR计划的试验期。
我们知道会有人士对此计划的可行性存有一定的怀疑和疑问。
但，我们相信一个道理(哲学)
千里之行，始于脚下。
我们只要不放弃，成功就是在明天。
目前共有10家兽医诊所加入我们ISPCA 的 TNR 行列里，我们欢迎更多兽医与善心人士继续支持我们。
TNR is a difficult approadmch in Malaysia, and also a lucky turn for a stray's life. ISPCA never give up on them because they have the right to live. This time is an important time for TNR project. We know that there will be people who will give negative comments for our project with the MBI(IPOH) , but wr believe in a saying: A thousand miles begins with a single step. As long as we don't give up, there will always be hope
Currently there are 9 veterinary clinics participating in our TNR project, we welcome more vets and helpful volunteers to support us.
