谢谢市民们一直支持 MBI 和 ISPCA 推行的 TNR(M) 计划，这个计划单靠政府部门或动物团体( NGO) 是无法成功。

流浪狗问题是一个市民与地方政府面对庞大开支而且难而解决头痛的难题，今天 ISPCA 推行人道主义解决流浪动物的方法得到部分市民的支持下，已经为大约 2300只流浪狗节育并且回放原地让义工继续喂养。

Thanks to everyone for supporting TNR(M) coorperated by MBI and ISPCA.

Strays has been a problem in Ipoh and after ISPCA undergo TNR(M), more than 2300 stray dogs have been neutered and release back to where they came from for volunteers to feed them.

我们呼吁更多的义工与市民了解这个节育流浪动物计划，用你的善良的心和爱，让这些可怜的流浪动物有多一次生存的机会。

We hope that more volunteers and citizens understand the motive of TNR(M), and with your love and kindness let’s give the strays one more chance to live.

The Ipoh Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (The ISPCA), is a non-profit organisation formed under the Societies Act, 1966 of Malaysia. We are affiliated to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA), London.

Our no-kill Shelter is located at Lot 38642, 4 1/2 Milestone, Jalan Gopeng, 31300 Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia and nestles amongst beautiful limestone hills. Currently we are guardian to approximately 250 dogs and 80 cats at our Shelter.
