Ipoh City Council (Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh, MBI) has recently received complaint that there is someone from his/her neighbouring area are having quite a number of cats causing unpleasant smell and hygienic issue.
MBI requested ISPCA to assist in providing temporary shelters for these cats. However, ISPCA realized that many of these cats are with health issue, there are even 19 new born kittens still needing care in feeding.
ISPCA will send these cats for injection and will nurture them back to health before neutering and letting public to adopt.
However, these will require a huge amount of medical expenses, we hope that the public can show some generosity to support us.
ISPCA hopes that more volunteers can help out.
