Our rescued dog “Penny” has a new home and family to celebrate CNY 😊

Penny who was abandoned by her owner about 4mths ago in a cage. She was having a huge breast cancer tumor and at that moment when she needs her owner the most, they choose to throw her away.

After all the surgery and suffering times, the healthy Penny is having a brand new life now. Thank you to the adopter who choose to adopt instead of buying.

Homeless & Orphan Pets Exist (H.O.P.E.) is a non-profit organization and no-kill shelter that aims to improve welfare of strays and abandoned pets around Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Our four core missions are rescuing, re-homing, sterilization and increasing public awareness of pet ownership and responsibilities. Currently, we are caring for approximately 700 abandoned animals in our shelter located at Lima Kedai.
