狗狗本来是在学校后山流浪的浪浪，在受伤越来越重、身体越来越弱后，只能绝望的躲到了废弃的学校厕所，伤的这么重，附近的人说他傍晚时分还是勉强走出来去讨吃 … 😭😭

它多么拼命想活下去，狗狗被网友发现时我们刚好全体在昔加末，一天一夜后却还是没人把狗狗送医 😢 半夜两点才回到了新山，一大早我们又接到了举报人的电话

狗狗头部破了大洞，里面满满都是钻来钻去在吃它肉的苍蝇虫… 一挣扎虫都飞溅出来 😵

这是公狗最常有的伤势，因为没结扎所以时常打架争偶

幸亏狗狗早一步被发现，顺利救援送医后，情况还算稳定，医生为他清理伤口，我们取名Astro boy. 流浪的苦日子结束了，希望你赶快加油好起来 Astro boy !

He was a stray loitering near a school, when the wound injury on his head getting worse, and the body getting weaker day by day, he chose to hide in an abandoned toilet space in despair.

With such a severe maggot wound, someone still spotted him walked out of the toilet in evening to look for food … 😭 He has a very strong will to live.

We were in Segamat when dog was being spotted, sadly after one day and night still no one able to bring him to vet 😥

Hundrends of maggots are eating his flesh in the wound and they even flied out when dog struggles 😵 This is a common injury male dog always get, because they always fight to mate!

Luckily doggie is being spotted by a kind soul, after rescue him to vet clinic, his condition is still considered stable and done the wound cleaning. We named him “Astro boy”.

Your life as a stray has ended, wish you have a speedy recovery Astro boy! 🙏🙏

Homeless & Orphan Pets Exist (H.O.P.E.) is a non-profit organization and no-kill shelter that aims to improve welfare of strays and abandoned pets around Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Our four core missions are rescuing, re-homing, sterilization and increasing public awareness of pet ownership and responsibilities. Currently, we are caring for approximately 700 abandoned animals in our shelter located at Lima Kedai.
