小朋友连残疾区建好的那天都等不到 … 心好痛。Luna是一只 “蜘蛛狗狗”，她天生脊椎S字型，无法站立，只能像蜘蛛一样趴着，一点点匍匐前行 …

上星期我们发现Luna频密呕吐，急急送医后诊断为遗传性急性肾衰竭，每天大家都去探病坐在笼子陪伴她

肾衰竭情况时好时坏，有时看她精神和胃口都很好，但昨天却恶化很快，呕吐好几次，没想到早上接到医生的讯息说她离开了… 😭 三年来用尽心思把她照顾好，但小朋友却不到一个礼拜就离开了我们 … 一下子大家都措手不及

虽然当初救援时，医生预言或许她并不会长命，但也没想到会是这么短的生命…

Today is a dark day for the volunteer team… As the disabled dog “Luna” we have been taking care of for nearly three years passed away today…. 😭😢😢

She can’t even wait till the day where the disabled dog zone is built… Our heart breaks.

Luna is a “spider dog”, she’s born with a S-shaped spinal chord, she can’t stand and can only lie flat and crawl like a spider, inching forward bit by bit.

Last week, we found that Luna had been vomiting and was diagnosed with hereditary acute kidney failure after being rushed to the clinic. Every day, everyone went to the hospital to sit in the cage to accompany her.

Her condition is unstable but yesterday it deteriorated very quickly, vomiting several times, we did not expect to receive doctor’s message in the morning that she left… 😭 We spent plenty of efforts within this three years giving her the best we could, but she left us in just less than a week time…

#DisabledFurkids do not need to be euthanised, instead they need MORE care and MORE human beings who are willing to help and give them a chance to live.

Our four core missions are rescuing, re-homing, sterilization and increasing public awareness of pet ownership and responsibilities. Currently, we are caring for approximately 700 abandoned animals in our shelter located at Lima Kedai.
